I went to a work party last night, drank a whole lot of beer, and stayed up till 3 in the morning. I still set my 8 AM alarm so I could go to Zumba, but I assumed that I was just gonna snooze it and sleep in. Lo and behold, I am currently sitting in my car about to go in for my class. GO. ME. :)

Since last Saturday I went to the gym 5 times.
I don’t think that has ever happened ever. I only lost .6lbs, but the cooking activities at camp this week were a little on the decadent side so it really wasn’t a surprise. I’m really gonna bunker down this week and stick with eating healthy. We’ll see what happens!
